Fathom
Fathom lets Empire find meetings and work with the summaries or transcripts Fathom makes available to the connected account.
Connect Fathom
- Open **Settings → Integrations**.
- Press **Connect** on Fathom.
- Sign in to the Fathom account that owns or can access the meetings.
- Approve the connection.
- Check that the card says **Connected**.
Good Fathom questions
- `@fathom summarise my latest meeting`
- `@fathom compare the last three customer calls`
- `@fathom find the last five calls where objections were discussed`
- `@fathom pull the exact customer language about the onboarding experience`
- `@fathom what themes appeared in my meetings this week?`
Empire can collect more than one meeting. It processes up to **five meetings in one request**. Ask for a title, topic, date range, or count so it can select the right meetings.
Use words such as **transcript**, **exact words**, **what did they say**, or **quotes** when you need transcript language. For a quicker overview, ask for summaries.
If only one meeting appears
- Ask for an exact number: “the latest three meetings.”
- Add a date range or topic if the account contains many recordings.
- Confirm the missing meetings appear in the connected Fathom account.
- Reconnect Fathom if the connection was made before transcript permissions were available.
If transcript access is not enabled
Fathom may allow meeting summaries while withholding transcripts. If Empire says transcript access is not enabled:
- Check the connected Fathom account’s sharing and transcript permissions.
- Reconnect Fathom in Empire.
- Approve the requested access.
- Try a transcript question again.
Empire will not guess that a different email address owns the meeting. It uses only the meetings returned for the authenticated member’s connection.
