Return to \*\***Settings β†’ Integrations**\*\*. 2. Refresh the page. 3. Check that the correct provider card says \*\***Connected**\*\*. 4. If it says \*\***Waiting**\*\*, \*\***Needs attention**\*\*, or \*\***Reconnect**\*\*, complete the connection again. 5. Start a new chat request using the \*\***@**\*\* menu. ###### The provider opened, but did not return to Integrations Return to Empire manually and open \*\***Settings β†’ Integrations**\*\*. If the card is not connected, start again. Do not reuse an old provider approval page; connection links expire and can be used only once. ###### The @ menu does not show my provider The menu shows only sources that are both connected and ready for reading. A Notion saving connection alone is not the same as the Notion read connection. A Google Drive save connection may need \*\***Reconnect to enable search**\*\*. ###### Notion does not show all my pages Notion returns only pages and databases shared with the integration. Use \*\***Update access**\*\*, choose the missing items in Notion, return to Empire, and press \*\***Refresh**\*\* or search by name. ###### Google Drive shows too many names The destination browser shows folders, including folders inside shared drives when the connected account can access them. It does not mix ordinary files into the folder picker. Search for the folder name or browse with the breadcrumbs. ###### Fathom returns only one meeting Ask for an exact count, such as β€œthe latest three meetings,” and include a topic or date range. If transcript access fails, check Fathom permissions and reconnect. ###### A save takes several seconds Empire must verify the destination, contact the provider, create the page or document, and record the result before showing success. Leave the save window open and press \*\***Save now**\*\* only once. ###### A save failed - Keep the content open in Empire. - Check the provider connection status. - Refresh the destination list. - Choose the destination again. - Try once more. If it still fails, report the provider, approximate time, browser/device, and a screenshot. Do not include private tokens or passwords.
