# Connect an account

Connect an Account

1. Open **Settings**.
2. Choose **Integrations.**
3. Find the tool you want to use.
4. Press **Connect**. 
5. Sign in to the provider and choose the account, workspace, pages, or permissions you want to share.
6. Approve the connection.
7. Empire returns you to **\*\*Settings → Integrations\*\*** and shows the account as **\*\*Connected\*\***.

Each member connects their own account. One customer’s connection cannot be used by another customer.

If a card shows \*\***Upgrade**\*\*, the integration is not included in the member’s current plan. If it shows \***\*Setup required\***\*, the Empire team still needs to finish that provider’s app setup for the current environment.
